We do not currently accept returns for a refund.
We will happily exchange any item. However, due to being a new business with extremely small profit margins, all returns postage must be covered by the customer and not LudoModus, returns postage includes sending the item back to us and the cost of delivery for the new item(s). We will send you an invoice for the amount of £5.00 to cover the postage cost. Once this has been paid we will supply you with our returns address.
Before requesting an exchange please check our website to make sure the new item(s) you would like are in stock, when selecting your new items please make sure it is from the 'Our Stock' section of our website. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. Failing to comply to these terms and conditions will result in your exchange being denied.
All items must be sent back within 7 days from the day you received your order.
To avoid this lengthy process and extra cost we recommend contacting us for measurements which we will happily supply.
